Ideal candidate will be an MBA from premier B-school with good experience in Emerging Channel, alternate channel, Railways, CSD, Cinema or MT, Key Account Management. .
Leading MNC FMCG is hiring for Sales Manager - Emerging Channel
Location : Mumbai & Delhi
- Should have experience in alternate channels (Hospitals, Airlines, Cinemas, Corporate, Hotels, Railways, Schools ) or emerging channel in FMCG.
- MBA with 3-5 years Experience or Bachelors with 6-8 years experience (age 25- 35)
- Develop, influence and drive the implementation of the growth agenda in the area. Realize growth through the opportunities addressed by maximizing opportunity from the following levers of markets, channels, infrastructure, people and enablers
- Lead, Monitor, Motivate and drive performance by leverage selling tools and incentive programmes as designed by the company
- Coach SO's on Sales & Distribution system and drive desired productivity levels
- Implement structured training interventions as per agreed calendar to continuously upskill his FSA team
- Recruit desired numbers of FSA's of targeted profiles within specific timelines
