- 6-8 year of sales experience in B2C in Ed Tech Industry, currently managing a team of 20 plus team members.
- Sales masters with a track record of outstanding sales achievements
- Good understanding of Dialler Operations and CRM Management (Salesforce, Lead Squared, NoPaperForms, Etc)
- Excellent communication & people management skills.
- Owning up the overall training and quality of the sales teams .
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
- Start-up Exposure is preferred
