Salary offered: 10 - 12 LPA
1. Responsible for online leads tracking, fulfillment and driving referral business for a region in Delhi.
2. Managing a FTE team of 10-12 Acquisition managers.
3. Coordination with leads team, outbound team and RCU/RPC for optimum utilization of leads and account opening within TAT.
4. Managing sales account opening operations and achieving 100% sales quality in account processing.
5. Responsible for sales standards of performance, incentive planning and execution for team members.
- 4-5 years of direct sales experience in B2B space with team handling experience.
- Verified top notch performance track. Last 2 years rating should be shared.
- MBA preferable but not compulsory.
- Companies from B2B space Appointment fixing, meeting clients and daily tracking should be part of current KRA.
- Should have understanding of Digital space and be comfortable with mobile based tools CRM for lead tracking.
- Analytical skills mandatory. Will be checked during interview for MS office skills especially Pivot table.
