Sales Manager/Country Manager

- One of the largest FMCG MNCs wishes to recruit Area Managers /Business Managers across multiple locations in the Indian Subcontinent and S.E. Asia

- The incumbent would be managing Sales, Distribution and trade marketing in the assigned area. He would be supported by a team of 5-8 sales officers to spearhead the traditional sales in the area.

Candidate profile : Premier B School graduates

Should have experience in :

- Handling sales in the traditional format with team management exposure .

- Managing distributors and developing new distributors.

- Working out Route to market plans and managing launches efficiently.

- Should be adept in business analysis, manpower handling, team building, business processes, planning and on-ground execution.

Candidates should be open to relocation anywhere
