Sales Manager - Construction/Architecture

Sales Manager - EAST (BIHAR & JHARKHAND)

- Represent in a professional manner at all times, with fabricators and their customers, including developers, architects & PMC's.

- To maximize turnover and profit to agreed budgets for the designated area,

- To service existing accounts effectively, fabricators, specifies, and developers.

- Execute logical and effective journey plans whenever possible and generate leads/inquiries of new projects and support fabricators to win the projects

- Submit weekly and monthly reports to Regional Head or Director (Sales & Marketing) on agreed dates.

- Keep up to date on products, market trends, and competitors' data.

- Full support to fabricators/distributors/network partners in the designated area to ensure smooth order processing and all commercials with regard to supplying the material

- By keeping customers informed of company product developments. Maintaining close contact with customers at all times, responding to their needs efficiently and effectively.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

- 8 to 12 years total experience of which at least 3 years previous experience in dealing with network partners/channel partners

- Graduation in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical) with a natural ability to handle commercial transactions well and problem-solving. An MBA or equivalent would be an added advantage.

- Familiarity with the construction industry in general and the technical/ commercial processes which are central features of all significant projects

- It would be an added advantage to have previous experience with the design/construction of facades or building envelopes and familiarity with related structural issues.
