Job description:

- Conceptualize, formulate and implement marketing strategies to market the commercial properties

- Identifying new clients and generating leads for Commercial leasing and sales

- Understanding the client’s requirements and suggesting properties to suit the same.

- Independently taking the client for inspection of the short listed properties.

- Keep abreast of latest developments / commercial properties available in Bangalore

Ideal candidate should have following:

- 3-8 years of experience in selling project management in real estate.

- Well aware with Bangalore market .

- Highly networked individual.

- Excellent Communication skill.
