Responsibilities: - Work with city teams to aggressively scale offline demand generation - Build and improve on the sales strategy, resource city field teams with a combination of off-role and on-role hires, train the field teams and build QA/QC processes - Deliver to plan and budgets, periodically review and improve on Customer Acquisition Cost - Work with marketing team on the pilot of sales experiments, iterate and scale Successful pilots - Periodically review city and individual performances along with City Heads and City Sales Managers - Build other offline channels including associations and partnerships as new demand nodes Requirements: - You are a graduate from Tier 1 College - You have 4+ years of marketing/Sales experience - You have FMCG sales experience with top brands (or) B2C sales Experience in well funded startups - You possess a hunger and hustle to grow
