Sales Manager - Bancassurance - Life Insurance Firm (1-3 yrs)
Hiring for Leading Life Insurance company.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The key responsibility of this role is to build a strong network with the sales team of the channel partner.
- Post on boarding, candidates will undergo an intensive training program focused upon the Insurance industry, products, sales processes and channel management.
- After the successful completion of training candidate will be required to meet sales target by coaching and guiding sales team members of channel partner
- Candidates will be required to be in the market to meet customers/clients (as and when required).
- Candidate will be evaluated mainly on your ability to building a continuous interaction with sales team of channel partners and achieving sales target
- (Through effective sales pitch, prospecting new customers, organize worksites and campaigns, participating in sales contests)
- Required to support the channel partner pre and post sales (claim settlement etc.).
- Required to focus on quality of business and persistence (renewals of premium).
- Achieve minimum expected sales targets on a consistent basis through customer relationships.
Eligibility:
Age - Max 30 Years
Exp - 1-3 Years exp in BFSI
Any Graduation/PG is mandatory
