Job Description :
1. Participating in morning meeting to understand the quality issue at dealership, address sales team on DSSI score progress, major customer pain points, SOPs and other audience - relevant sales quality concerns .
2. Check for Open Issues and Closure of Issues .
3. Check closure days and Occurrence ratio.
4. Complaint Capture and analysis its Trend.
5. Root cause analysis and Countermeasure.
6. Listening sample calls for checking the script adherence by CRE while calling
7. Observe a few customer interactions and deliveries.
8. SC, SQM, SM process training.
9. Sales process adherence at dealership.
10. Complaint management.
