Sales Manager - Asset Insurance - Bank (2-6 yrs)
Leading MNC Bank
Main purpose
- Manage and insurance sales FOS, assist Location Head in Life Insurance X-sell to Bank’s Cards business in mumbai responsibility for delivering business plan.
Financial Objectives
- Responsibility for delivering the business and revenue plan
Sales Management
- Team hiring, performance management and tracking, team allocation for optimum manpower utilization
- Activate new channel for lead flows and business fulfillment, manage and track channel performance and delivery
- Team Management
- To coach, mentor and motivate the team to enhance productivity, conduct training and refresher sessions
- Compliance and control
- Ensure that ONLY approved sales solicitation and documentation process is being followed
- Resolve all customer complaints and queries
- Work closely with the Insurance Product Team, Insurance backend and BSLI
- Interact with the product team for preparing selling kits, marketing collateral to aid in sales
- Liase with local BSLI Office to ensure adequate post sales support.
