Sales Manager/AM - Real Estate (3-8 yrs)
Job Responsibility
- Responsible for Property Sales
- Identify prospective clients.
- Direct meeting with clients.
- Maintaining long term relationships with the clients as well as Channel Partners to get further business in future.
- Coordinating all aspect of consultative selling, from lead generation, cold calling to need analysis, closing and ensuring quality post sales services.
- Looking after different Promotional Activities for on-going projects of the Company.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
- Following up on all paperwork as necessary and ensuring that accurate and up to date information is available for entry into the relevant system
Skill set
- Excellent communication Skills / Native English speakers will be preferred for this role.
- Possess a proven track record of customer service.
- Good convincing skills
- Have tele-sales and face-to-face sales experience
- Maintain high professional standards and work ethics.
- Be hungry for success &financial gain.
- Knowledge of Real Estate & Prior Sales Experience (Desirable).
