Sales Leader - Real Estate (6-14 yrs)
Our client is an Established well-funded firm which is offering some very innovative and fast selling products in the Real Estate domain. They are part of a large group and growing rapidly across India.
The client is looking to hire a Sales Leader (AGM/DGM/GM) for their organization in Gurgaon.
This is a great opportunity to lead a team of Channel Sourcing managers & drive business through various activities across the sales spectrum, you will be responsible for:
- Drive sales initiatives, Planning & Forecasting & Customer Services
- Drive the channel partner vertical
- Ensure smooth registration, training, certification & commission disbursal for channel partners
- Delivering positive customer experience to a distinguished client base
- Competitor Trend Monitoring and Competitor Benchmarking
The ideal fit would be a candidate with:
- An MBA from a reputed B-school
- 6+ years of experience in Consumer facing products
- At least 3 years of experience in Leading Teams
- Should have a successful track record of delivery large impactful results.
- Experience from a Tier 1 Real Estate Company will be an advantage
- Great communication skills
- Be ready to relocate to Gurgaon
