Job Description :
- Senior leadership role to drive Sales Support Independently. Min. 14-15 years of experience.
- Knows how to Hunt and Mine new/existing accounts for growth
- Ability to work from India to support Sales growth in the region (having previous experience to drive sales from India will be preferred)
- Very strong Sales/Pre Sales experience. Preferably in the particular region (Important)
- Ability to Connect with customer directly. Build Relationship with customer.
- Ability to connect with Partner in the region and build a healthy relationship.
- Ability to connect with Vertical leaders/Sales Person in the Region
- Experience in selling/sales support a Practice service line
- Has history of winning large deals in tune of USD 1 Mn+ in the region.
- Understand various financial/delivery models and able to mix and merge them appropriately
- Ability to put his/ her thoughts and build PPT's etc. collaborating with CoE/Marketing/Delivery/Other Sales leader
- Excellent Communicator and Presenter.
- Understands Sales Operations Metrics
- Dynamics Knowledge (either CRM or ERP ) is Mandatory
- Should possess a Solution Mindset
- Ability to define a Strategic Roadmap for the Region and execute it
