Sales Leader - IT Product/Software - B2B/Enterprise Sales - IIM/ISB/FMS/XLRI/MDI (5-8 yrs)

1) Need strong experience in Account Management, Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Channel Management, Channel development,

2) In-depth understanding of operationalization of B2B sales, Marketing and Client Relationship Management,Consultative selling, and Product and Account penetration.

3) Experience in consultative selling approach by in-depth account planning exercise and with a significant focus on business value creation.

4) Would be responsible for Increasing market share in enterprise accounts by positioning entire gamut of enterprise and networking solutions.

5) The Incumbent should have an experience in Meeting & developing relationships with key decision makers (CIO/CXO/Directors) in enterprise accounts.

6) Responsible for Negotiating contract terms with customers and developing tailor-made profitable business agreements.

7) Responsible for the sales & distribution of the entire product portfolio in my respective area.

Key Requirement - 

1) Preferred from IT product companies/Insurance/Enterprise divisions - Telecom/Ecommerce/FMCG/Retail

2) Looking for Sales Hunters and Sales Farming both

Skill set required - 

1. Enterprise sales exp.

2. Any industry would do (insurance, telecom, Software, IT product etc)

3. Only Tier I B school 2011/2012/2013 batch pass out.(6-8 years)
