- Drive platform sales in the Insurance vertical in the organization.
- Understand client's business, priorities, C-suite/Management agenda
- Be able to co-create with client /articulate transformation /innovation agenda for client
- Leverage client's capabilities to bring to the client right teams/capabilities to enable (sell & deliver) the transformation/ innovation agenda.
- Establish self as a trusted advisor with the client C-suite through in-depth client/industry understanding
- Drive Sales, Revenue, and Profitability and be responsible for account financials /key commercial processes for the account
- Help originate deals based on defined commercial pathways;
Desired Profile :
- Extensive experience in the Insurance industry with In-depth industry expertise including the industry /digital/ technology trends.
- Demonstrated sustained client relations management experience at a C-suite level or operated at a senior management level in the Industry role.
- 15+ years of consulting and account management experience, preferably in the Insurance industry.
- Experience working with - C- level executive clients
- Domestic consulting experience is preferred
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- High degree of ownership
- Bias for action with attention to detail
- Positive attitude towards service delivery
