Sales Leader - BFSI Sales

As a Sales Leader, you be responsible for below mentioned:;

1. Develop strategies for effective engagement, achieving revenue targets, corporate goals and objectives

2. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

3. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

4. Understand BFSI specific industry landscapes and trends

5. Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

6. Develop go-to-market strategy

7. Engaging and managing partner network

Essential Skills:-

2. Experience in working with large customer accounts (hunting)

3. Experience of selling Enterprise applications to private sector banks and financial institutions

4. Experience of selling enterprise business application like CRM, LOS, AI, Digital platforms

5. Ability to manage & build credibility at CXO level in customer account

6. Strong internal & external collaboration skills

7. Experience of managing international teams

8.Engineering /Management degree from a engineering/management institute

9. 20+ years of proven experience

10. Experience in working with banking sector.
