Experience: 10-15 years
Must-Have :
- MBA from a Tier 1 Premier Institute
- Strong experience in selling core banking software
- Experience in a similar role in any IT service/ consulting firm
Requirements :
- BE/MBA (preferred) from premier Institute with at least 10 years of experience
- Experience in selling large multimillion deals to Banks
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Understanding of AI/ Data science
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Large Account management skills - Mapping to multiple stakeholders both Business and IT in the Bank
- Delivering to Quarterly and Yearly Quota
- Developing growth strategies and plans
