- As a Sales Lead - Ice-creams, you will be responsible to identify market potential in order to establish new Channels of sales, revenue and profitability goals

.(SHOULD HAVE HANDLED ICCREAM AS A CATEGORY FOR AR LEAST 8 YEARS

Should be well versed with Telugu/South Indian Languages

- You will manage the overall sales strategy and policy in various distribution channels and also represent Co in top-level discussion

Purpose of the Job:

- This is a central role in steering Ice-cream Sales with aim to continuously improve share of shelf vs. competitors and to amplify impact of product visibility on customers. This role will also be responsible to manage and strengthen relationships with Outlets and distributors so as to achieve long term and sustainable & profitable growth consistent with co's overall strategy.

Key Responsibility:

- Advises senior management on sales strategies and business development operations

- Formulates and executes strategies on Ice-cream sales and distribution and logistics to achieve business growth and objectives for the organization.

- Planning and ensuring achievement of sales growth as per budget / forecast across SKUs in Ice-creams through channel partners and gain market share in the territory as per company's strategy.

- Understands the business and able to create & execute growth plans through systematic planning & Organizing

- Demonstrates deep understanding of customers, shopper and competitors.

- Recruit new staff into team, focusing on strong sales competencies and ensure that they perform well through coaching and monitoring skill

- Build and Manage relationships with channel partners at the central, regional and store level

- Execution and planning as per the targets

People management:

- Lead, monitor & drive performance by leverage selling tools & incentive program to ensure that field force achieves sales targets and requisite productivity parameters

- Engaging & influencing key stakeholders of Brand Team, Field Force, to achieve Channel programs objectives

- Influence Key stakeholders in Operations and Marketing to align and garner necessary support to meet growth ambitions in the mid to long term

- Manage an efficient and effective Ice-cream sales team through on-job training, motivation and staff development in order to deliver brand and trade programs that are superior to the competition in this channel

Infrastructure and Administration:

- Increase sales, market share and coverage (number of Areas/ Towns/ Cities covered) by identifying and making agreements with new modern retails and continuously benchmark the same with competitors

- Periodically review performance of channel partners and take proactive actions to maintain business continuity in case of foreseen/unforeseen changes in Channel Partners

- Ensure high level of forecast accuracy and align Divisional Dispatch team to ensure efficient service levels to customers

- A successful Sales Lead can move across function like trade marketing / modern trade / marketing or grow within the Sales function to take on the NSM role depending on interest and aptitude

- There could be opportunities in group companies.

- Relevant leadership / channel management experience of 2-3 years in managing Ice-creams Sales

- Self-Motivated, Highly Ethical

- Deep Analytical and critical thinking skills

- Sets high performance targets for the team and garners the team's commitment towards them

- Ability to thrive in ambiguity & demonstrates high energy, drive & perseverance

- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Willingness to travel and open to geographical relocation.

- Highly consumer and customer - centricity

- Analytical Skills with basic computer skills
