ROLE: SALES LEAD - EXPANSION (REPORTING INTO FOUNDERS)

FIRM:

Well funded ed tech start up

LOCATION :

Gurgaon

Sales Force expansion

1) To recruit, train and incubate high quality sales resources at scale

2) Lead and develop a large sales organization to establish strong market leadership in the EdTech industry specifically B2C

3) To run programs to enable the new recruits to hit phase-1 milestones in 15 and 30 days Lead funnel expansion

4) To launch and test new cohorts and courses and products New Processes

5) To test and scale new support and productivity enhancement processes like onboarding, review mechanism and training workflows

6) Own P&L responsibility and focus on reducing operational costs while increasing revenue contribution from active locations.

7) Work with vendors, partners, and other entities to drive sales operations efficiencies and to establish brand value

Experience:

1) Proven past experience in setting up the sales function from scratch and in leading high performance sales teams. Should have the credentials of high scale assignments before involving recruitment and training of Sales Force in a B2C set up

2) Ability to lead and motivate large sized team to constantly achieve and over achieve targets

3) Prior experience in selling services to customers would be a plus

4) Willingness to work in a fast paced start up environment
