Job Description:
- Responsible for Karnataka, Kerala, Telengana, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu (contributes to 50-60% of the market)
- Direct reportees - 4 sales mgr with an extended team below
- Incumbent would be reporting into Head of Sales
- Responsible for delivering on agreed sales targets
- Managing, training, motivating and supervising the sales force on a day-to-day basis
- Driving upsell & upgrade in existing B2B relationships/accounts
- Drive team to ensure on time collections
- Development of new sales initiatives to further grow the top line
- Ensuring High Net Promoter Scores with seamless delivery of services
- Responsible for execution of corporate initiatives in the region as per the company process & guidelines
- Ensuring compliance of process and safeguard of company assets, brand & reputation in the region
Candidate Profile:
- Premium post graduation institute
- At least 5 years of specific experience in a B2B sales related role
- Experience working in a start-up style environment
