Looking for a Sales HR for an Insurance firm. The person must have relevant experience in the sales HR role and must have dealt with the sales force. Background need not necessarily be Financial Services; open to look at people from Consumer goods sector as well or any other. The candidate must be from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges. i. Leading employee lifecycle and employee relations for pan India Sales Organization ii. Responsible for annual Manpower Planning and Budgeting exercise in line with organizational growth plan. iii. Driving People Engagement initiatives by identifying employee journey maps, managing effective deployment of people policies & benefits, practices and processes across all regions. iv. Managing employee recognition, total rewards, compensation and policy deployment. v. Managing effective closure of annual performance management cycle for pan India Sales Organization including timelines, ratings, classification, performance discussions and release of final revision letters. vi. Conducting employee connects/career conversations as per PJP and sharing insights with Business Leaders. vii. Ensuring connect
