- Responsible for S&M manpower planning,Sourcing,selection, hiring and inducting talent.
- Responsible for all talent management HR operations, Sales administration for india business.
- Provide assistance to contain attrition through regular updates to managers on the potential issue in their respective team.
- Ensuring fair and transparent appraisal system and rating process.
- Conduct survey/study on trends in compensation and evaluate/suggest accordingly for field force and indirectly field force
