- Experience over HR business partnering through execution of people strategy driven around business

- Ability to tackle ambiguity through project management and effective stakeholder management skills Competency developed through experience over transformational projects

- Responsible for driving transformation through re-alignment of organization design, revamping talent landscape and re-defining roles and responsibilities for sales and marketing organization

- Have been exposed to various facets of HR such as business partnering, organization development, talent acquisition, talent management, HR analytics and learning & development.

- Working on the revision & revamping of HR policies

- Led the execution of the annual engagement survey for the organization in coordination with Group HR
