Sales HR Business Partner/PMS Specialist - FMCG (8-12 yrs)
Sales HRBP and PMS Specialist
- Hands-on experience in the Sales HR background in the capacity of a business partner
- Work closely with the leadership team in the development and ongoing review of the overall country people strategy and functional people excellence structure and ensure implementation
- Handle and anchor senior hiring for corporate positions, ensure smooth candidate and offer management
- Responsible for great onboarding of all corporate RSC employees
- Draft HR policy manuals including code of conduct, handling physical assets policy, IT assets policy, whistleblower policy, grievance handling process, equality policy, disciplinary conducts and how to handle them
- Serve as the custodian of POSH, define the process, set up the committee, implement the same, and sensitise and conduct POSH training at regular intervals as per law
- Partner on the implementation of core HR processes and programs and the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion roadmap for the functions
- Responsible for managing HR budgets
- Manage all existing and FnF processes at the corporate level
- Develop a robust PMS process, including implementing an appraisal process an annual, mid-year and quarterly basis, close the process and drive the outcomes
- Define the competency framework and incorporate people metrics for the senior leadership team
- Drive retention and employee engagement at the Head Office
- Draft and execute the incentive plan
- Help in regional coordination and governance
- Provide high-value expertise to business & function leaders to meet strategic business needs and support plans.
- Act as a primary contact to functional managers on all HR services and organizational development strategies and tactics
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the team or individual effectiveness and relationships in the business through personal intervention and through partnerships with internal or external experts
- Provide coaching, counselling, and consulting to managers on a broad range of HR related issues and problems
- Support and assist in the development and implementation of supervisory and management training programs
- Plan, manage, and lead organizational change processes to improve effectiveness
- Partner with Talent Acquisition leader to attract high potential & diverse talent
- Support HR COEs to drive internal talent mobility & review for the functions
- Manage statutory & other compliances while administering people management processes for the functions
- Lead the employee engagement agenda for the functions. Develop & drive company and local sponsored employee engagement programs
- Support the leadership in the business and the employees in making sure performance management is properly administered. Provide guidance to employees and managers in the performance management process
- Deploy Talent & succession planning process for the functions
