Sales HRBP - Nutraceuticals Firm

Our client is a growing Nutraceutical brand, looking to hire Sales HRBP for their Mumbai office. The role will report into the CHRO.

Your roles and responsibilities will be :

- Work closely with the business and execute Business Linked HR Plans on an annual and quarterly basis

- Drive zonal incentive programs for Sales teams at both on-roll and off- roll levels and ensure effective utilization to drive business growth

- Identify capability gaps and identify training requirements / needs and coordinate to ensure gaps are minimized

- Manage Talent Acquisition for all frontline Sales Field Force pan India

- Own and drive key talent mechanisms that impact talent including but not limited to, critical role-talent mapping, succession planning and long-range organizational planning

- Collaborate with business leaders to improve existing recruiting and retention processes and help initiate scalable changes to the current recruiting strategy

- This is an individual contributor role.

- The ideal candidate comes 10+ years of experience in sales HRBP roles with pharmaceutical setups

- Comes with excellent communication skills and have expertise in stakeholder management and liaising with cross functional teams
