This role is based in Indore. Please apply only if you are comfortable with INDORE location! - The role would encompass HR activities for the sales organization The HRBP would be responsible for the following : - Drive People strategy comprising Succession Planning, PMS and other processes for Business Unit in alignment with organization - Managing new HR initiatives like Rewards & Recognition, Appreciation mechanisms etc Managing Town hall meetings, - Engagement activities to build social campaigns - Managing talent from succession planning point of view - OD activities and managing L&D activities - Working closely with HR Operations to ensure smooth business processes - A detailed JD can be shared with interested candidates.
