- Talent Acquisition for all frontline Sales Field Force pan India.
- Tying up with National Vendors to develop outsourced salesforce (3P), so essentially, responsible for hiring and manpower planning for sales
- Driving engagement for sales force
- Managing PMS execution for sales force
- Working with Sales Development Manager to identify capability gaps and identify training requirements / needs and coordinate to ensure gaps are minimized.
- Ensuring all compliance requirements are met of on roll and 3P vendors with the laws of the land.
- Providing support in implementing GTM Stratergy
