- Design and implementation of various Incentives & ensure execution of Process Parameters

- Performance Management: Facilitating Performance Assessment Reviews, Potential Assessment and building talent pipeline.

- Capability Development: Identifying function level interventions, helping associations build Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and identifying learning focus areas for high potential talent. Identifying bottom performers and design and implementation of a structured improvement plan

- Employee Engagement: Driving multifaceted engagement initiatives

- Talent Acquisition: Working closely with the TA team to hire the right talent for managerial positions and directly managing staff level hiring
