Sales Head/Senior Sales Manager - Government Projects - Railway OHE/Transmission Line (10-15 yrs)
Job Description :
- Business development and promotion of organization's engineering services
- Generating business in the Government Sector through RFP and Tender process.
- Liasioning with different Government Departments and HODs to generate Business opportunities in OHE, Transmission line, Electrical Substation, EPC/Electrical contracts and other MEP contracts.
- Taking Approvals & certification for increasing the business volume in Government & other Public Sector Undertaking.
- Attending pre-bid meeting. Liaison work and maintain relationship with Central Government, State Government, Regulators
- Coordinating on tender preparation and documentation
- Mobilize support for Project implementation
- Must be able to manage and grow the existing business as well as convert the new leads and interests into new clients and actual orders
- Make decisions about the profitability/sales margin of the proposals cost control, negotiating contracts with customers, preparing proposals for customers.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Having 10 - 15 years of experience in Business Expansion/ starting new vertical in Railway OHE/Transmission line/Electrical Substation/EPC contracts.
- Experience in Government Liaison - Central / State Govt.
- Willing to travel pan india
- Proven working experience in Government Projects
- Candidate should be mature with good communication and relationship building skill
- Experience in Project Procurement in Engineering/EPC Industry, & Electrical Contract Company is preferable
Education :
UG : B.Tech/B.E. - Electrical/Mechanical
PG : MBA (Marketing)
