Designation -Sales Head - Rural Lending
Location - Gurgaon
About the Role:
In this role, you will build and scale sales channels for rural lending, specifically, cattle and dairy loans. This role is a unique opportunity to shape the agri-fintech industry and fuel fast-growing business across India.
- Build and own the vision, strategy and operational execution of sales channel for cattle and dairy loans with end to end responsibility on leading 0-1 vertical
- Lead cross-functional and external stakeholders discussions to unlock launch barriers and growth levers
- Understand the current landscape of lending services available for dairy farmers through extensive research on user side
- Analysing customer needs/ markets, competitive offering and user requirements in depth
What you'll need:
- Passionate about building for Bharat
- 5+ years of experience in lending industry, strong knowledge of rural lending / NBFCs / banks / credit and digital ecosystem
- Prior experience of working capital loans / agricultural lending / embedded finance
- Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment with a self-driven attitude.
- Ability to work with external stakeholders to drive partnership
- Prior startup and lending experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly analytical - Comfort diving into data and deriving tangible insights
