Sales Head - Retail & Horeca Acquisition - Fruits & Vegetables Segment (8-12 yrs)
Customer acquisition
- Arrive Zonal/Pincode based opportunities in B2B Retail & HoReCa acquisition
- Calculate Market coverage, opportunity & increase market share by acquisition
- Design/Train/Implement sales communication (Sales Pitch) specific sales pitches & collaterals for B2B Retail HoReCa, help team to acquire customers
- Train team on using On-demand platform to grow their business
- Daily performance management of acquisition team & take corrective actions
Account growth
- Follow PJP (Partner Journey plan) & Make sure the team reaches out to 100% of all customers every day without fail to book the daily orders
- Drive high conversion of order frequency. (Grow Repeat customers)
- Drive team to get 100% wallet share for retailer's basket by cross-selling & upsell
- Process orientation & Driving Results
- Find root cause through data & find a permanent fix for issues preventing high growth
- Manage escalations for business offerings & SLA issues such as Rejections, On-Time delivery, Prices, etc.
- Manage & Drive Team's performance at various cut's & use incentives/ other lever's to improve performance
Desired Skills:
- Ability to break a large problem into small problems & follow through with a great execution plan so resolve them

Result orientation
Qualification & Experience :
- Worked at Sales head level in previous roles, preferably from a Retail, FMCG, Food industry OR B2B Ecommerce business with high-frequency order.
- Worked as Zonal head or Multicity head. Has lead in past Growth & Acquisition for the organization
- Preferable experience in Fast-growing businesses like B2B retail & HoReCa
- Experience in leading a team for successful growth from 1to10 by high acquisitions and account growth in prior experience.
- UG/PG Degree in Sales/BD or a related field. Prior Experience of 8-10 years
