- Devise sales strategy & sales plan to secure annual business objectives.

- Lead the Sales Function for new businesses & Oversee overall sales of the Business for the SBU with respect to Market Share, Sales Value & Volume.

- Finalize Contracts for global & Domestic Sales, in terms of margins and transfer prices.

- Provide Leadership in ascertaining market potential for company's products in existing and potential markets.

- Develop a business and market plan for company products in terms of sales volumes, margins & market share.

- Ensure fulfillment of customer commitments and positive reinforcement of Company's image & reputation.

- Review market performance & drive new interventions for achievement of business objectives.

- Provide leadership to the sales force and inspire

- People must have exposure of Personal Care category & have handled multi country"s responsibility.
