Sales Head - Internet/Online (8-12 yrs)

Be responsible for leading growth and managing senior business relationships for key service categories. The role will involve strategic planning to grow and manage the top line, consulting with key enterprise clients and solving a diverse set of problem statements around logistics, championing customer delight and leading a team of directors to execute these plans and initiatives. This role interfaces regularly with leaders across the enterprise.

Primary Responsibilities:

- The incumbent will be responsible for defining and executing the growth strategy for key service lines.

- Lead a large team of business leaders and KAMs to deliver revenue targets and all related OKRs

- Drive internal projects and conversations with key stakeholders to ensure superior customer experience and real value addition to clients

- Drive the enterprise growth and acquisition strategy by striking new relationships with the existing customers, maintaining and developing accounts- will involve engaging CXOs and senior client stakeholders

- Identify potential customers and pursue realization of such opportunities leading to revenue for the company- segment the customers into categories of potential business and drive strategy to acquire them

- Exponentially grow the top-line of the business and ensure profitability by managing the cost of acquisition/ cost of servicing- responsible to deliver Budgets with an expected level of gross margin

- Shape the product development for relevant business lines by gathering and documenting requirements/ insights from clients

- Develop market intelligence to identify sectors / geography with potential business and have a deep understanding of competition

- Develop market intelligence to monitor competition activities and their strategy

- Strategically participate in bids and drive competitive pricing proposals

- Manage pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to leadership providing key business insights: typical reporting relates to Demand Generation, Pipeline Forecast and Trends, Conversion Rates, Target Account, Market Segmentation, Win/Loss etc

- Manage financial hygiene by enforcing strong processes around invoicing and collections with existing customers and track ageing of the same

- Evaluate customer feedback, draw business intelligence, review benefits of core services being offered and ensure high client satisfaction level

What to bring:

- MBA from a Top Ranked B-School

- Overall 10+ Years of experience, preferably including stints in Logistics / E-commerce/ Category management / B2B sales roles

- Candidate should have detailed working experience in Electronics/ consumer appliances/ Apparels/ FMCG side of things

- Logistics experience desirable with Enterprise knowledge

- Experience of working in a dynamic and quick turnaround environment

- Sales strategy and pipeline management experience- understanding of relevant tools would be a plus

- Minimum 4 years of Team Management experience preferably 2+ years in leadership roles

- Consulting and solution driven approach would be preferred

- Candidates who have been in tech companies and have a tech driven approach on solutioning would be preferred.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

- Understanding of product, structured thinking and analytical approach to solve problems
