Responsibilities include: To be successful as a Sales Head you should be: - Developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. - Meeting customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. - Developing and executing strategic and operational plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base - Owning and hitting / exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets within assigned leads. - Responsible for leading and managing a team of Sales Managers for our product, ensuring leads are converted in to sales leading to revenue generation. - Ability to set aggressive yet achievable targets for himself/herself and the team. - Ability to quickly structure and execute experiments to optimize conversion at every step of the sales funnel - Past experience building and scaling a Sales team at a consumer facing product firm / startup. - Involved in recruiting, training and incubating high quality sales resources at scale
