- Design, implement, and sales plans and programs for increasing agency distribution and sales growth
- Responsible for selection, development and sustenance of individual, multiline, corporate agents and tieups to promote all retail lines of business Responsible for channel development
- Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements
- Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
