Qualification : - Should hold an Engineering degree and a Master's in Business Administration - Should have 20 - 25 yrs of work experience - Should have Min. 5 years of industry experience or in adjacent industries - Should have Min. 5 years in a similar position incl. Employee management responsibility - Experience in key account management of complex customer structures - Excellent strategic, analytical and conceptual skills - Ability to proactively identify and pragmatically address issues - Entrepreneurial thinking and action - Inspirational, reliable and compelling leadership qualities - Goal-oriented, flexible, persuasive and assertive - Should be comfortable with frequent travel for business purposes KRA's : - Development of strategy and action plans for the India sales region in close cooperation with the local and regional management, central product management and active exchange with other sales regions - Identification and development of new markets and segments - Responsibility for sales objectives, P &amp; L and working capital - Leadership and development of the organization, continuous strengthening of sales processes and customer relations - Create revenue and cost forecasts and provide strategic initiatives planning - Monitor product segment analysis and develop action plans to increase market share - Support and evaluation of product launch plans for all segments and solutions - Development of sales channels together with local management and marketing - Identification and recommendation of new products and software solutions based on analysis of market development and customer requirements - Support for segment-related marketing activities in the region - Analysis of the market and competitive situation of our products and solutions and derivation of a strategic orientation - Ensuring successful management collaboration and functioning work processes in all departments - Expanding and maintaining a positive and professional reputation for the Organization in the Indian market - Responsibility for employee development - Ensuring compliance with company policies
