Head - General Trade Sales

- Responsible for driving modern trade sales & distribution for the brand

- Build & lead GT strategies to increase sales & develop strategies to grow the brand

- Develop key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans.

Preferred Candidate :

- Strong domain knowledge of modern trade/Distribution channels

- 6-12 years of experience in GT/RSM/Sales role

- Candidates who have worked in personal care/F&B space would be ideal

- Proven ability to work cross-functionally

- IC role - Will have to build a team

Budget : Total CTC of 40 Lakhs all incl. (+ ESOPs)
