Looking for Head of Sales for Growing Hygiene Care Business with 450 Cr+ Turnover

Someone who is Premier B Schools Passout 98 - 05 batch with 15+ Years of Experience in FMCG / OTC Industry Managing Sales across General Trade, Modern Trade, Pharmacy Channel.

Role and Responsibilities: (will include but not be limited to the following)

1. Should define the sales target for the organization in consultation with top management team, across GT, MT, Retail and Wholesale verticals and spearhead the team to achieve the same

2. Should be able to create the sales budget and tweak the sales team structure wherever required

3. To lead a team of Regional Sales Managers across all regions- Pan India

4. Shall be responsible for entire Sales Target. Must be able to guide & help the team for entire sales cycle.

5. Must be able to use industry contacts to identify, build and close large deals.

6. Interact with senior members within the organization from Delivery, Support and Commercial to help reduce the sales cycle.

7. Must be able to provide concise, accurate and timely reports and initiate action based on those reports.

8. Pushing product into Rural zones.

9. Responsible for sales across all channels, i.e wholesale, retail, general trade and modern trade

10. Extensive touring as and when required

11. Category growth = 20%, thus company internal growth to be higher

12. Establishing ties with Distributors etc.

A person should come with -

- Long Term approach,

- High on Energy & Drive

- Someone who is willing to take ownership of Business

- Have the ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty

- Work closely with Promoters

- Able to set up robust systems and process,

- Guide and Mentor existing team to perform and drive the business while taking them along.
