1. Manage the distributor team and the internal team to deliver the top line and bottom-line targets of business and ensure they follow the TW policies and procedures.
2. Co-create the relevant marketing campaigns for the region along with the India Marketing Manager.
3. Strategize and implement the regional route to market strategy.
4. Devise and implement plans to Increase Numeric distribution, weighted distribution, counter share and market share in the region
5. Implement and drive all the marketing /incentive programmes effectively and achieve the desired results.
6. Contribute to the country leadership team with insights and initiatives.
