Responsibilities

1.Analyzing business potential, conceptualizing & executing sales and pricing strategies to drive sales, augment turnover and achieve desired targets.

2.Monitoring competitor activities and devising effective counter measures.

3.Identifying, qualifying and pursuing business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans.

4.Identifying new market segments and tapping profitable business opportunities.

5.Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets.

6.Evolve market segmentation & penetration strategies and playing a major role in business planning & forecasting.

7. Developing and implementing Marketing Plans.

8.Establish corporate goals based on short/ long-term budgets and developing business plans for the achievement of the same.

9.Actively involved in business planning & market analysis to assess revenue potential in business opportunities.

10.Accountability for revenue generation.

11.Conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & competition movement to achieve optimum market share metrics.

12.Lead, train, develop & motivate teams ensuring their career development & positive contribution to company.
