Designation: Sales Head -CASA

Experience: 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in Banking industry in CASA Sales team Management

Industry: Banking only

Location: Delhi

Job Role:

- With an emphasis on cross-selling, per-person productivity, and client activation, build and manage a team of efficient CASA and CEP personal bankers.

- Establishing new accounts (savings and current) in the catchment area of the branch dependable sourcing for corporation salary accounts

- Manage the portfolio, turn on newly opened accounts, activate UPI linkages, increase M0 and savings balances, and increase the wallet share of our banking products, including insurance, mortgages, UL, SIP, and mutual funds.

- Participate in neighbourhood corporate induction and migration events.
