The role would encompass

- Sales Planning & Budgeting, Develop and implement sales strategy for the FMCG category and city level sales forecasts, and develop the plan to achieve the same with your team of sales managers.

- Planning & Execution, Plan and execute the business acquisition plan for the City.

- Team Management, Coach and mentor team members and actively encourage upward feedback. Provide training to all team members on a regular basis on sales skills

- Responsible to continuously improvise the productivity through training, regular interactions, reviews and feedbacks, hand holding and expanding the demand funnel.

- Responsible for City sales targets along with growth and profitability of the portfolio for the entire city.

- Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with the team, to ensure business strategies are executed. Measure the productivity and efficiency level of sales team closely and initiate corrective action, leading to higher productivity/revenue per employee.

- Continuously monitor, assess, anticipate and meet requirements of the field sales with respect to policy and process simplification to reinforce the product in the market.

- Ability to solve problems and drive cost management measures.
