Sales Functional Trainer/Training Manager - FMCG/Agriculture (5-10 yrs)
We have an urgent Opening for Sales Functional Trainer -Mumbai
- Reporting (dual)- National Sales Head & HR too
National Sales Development :
- Develop Sales Capability and implement business processes to build a robust sales organization with focus on developing deeper channel,customer & category understanding and drive excellence in execution
- Managing the development of training curriculum; formulating & reviewing training outlines and determining appropriate instructional methodologies and formats.
- Evaluating effectiveness of training and development programs and utilizing relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods
- Improving Reach & Driving Productivity for Pilot Salesmen (Street Channel Identifying the major gaps in Retail Execution
- Successful New product launch on various retail environments including General & Emerging Modern Retail Outlets in sync with customer marketing strategies & shopper development activities
- Initiate & guide the cyclical process of assessing performance gaps, designing learning content, conducting pilot programs to validate learning objectives & ensuring smooth rollouts.
- Designing & developing modules & customizing training programs based on the need analysis. Creating content and rolling out of all behavioral training across the region.
- Responsible for conceptualizing and leading the Regional Sales & Functional Training agenda for Regional Sales Team (Sales Officers & Area Manager- s)
- Prepare the Training budget outlay and ensure its effective utilization at cost effectively build scale of operations Intensive orientation programs for new company hires to render them deployment ready OJT- s- field observations & audits, on the job coaching on Sales process & Effective Coverage, distribution & productivity
- Separate Training Programs for ISR/PSR/ Merchandisers, Sales Supervisors & Area Coaches as per Field force training calendar To coach sales team, support teams & MIS on sales management process, data management, reviews & reports
- Preferred MBA with strong presentation skills
Experience Required :
- Min 5 to 8+ years of sales training in FMCG companies to sales staff
- Excellent understanding of FMCG industry - Sales & Marketing Functions
Functional Skills Required :
- Preparation of PPT's and delivering the same
- Designing sales trainings and content related
- Understanding of FMCG categories (Personal Care)
- Sound knowledge of Sales processes
- Sales Management, Planning and Operational Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Good Computer knowledge.
- Excellence in Data mgmt. & excel.
