- To manage sales operations with accountability for profitability.
- To develop new market & expansion
- Acquiring new clients groups and deepening business at existing clients
- To identify Business opportunities within the defined territory.
- To watch over the competitor activities.
- To organize / conduct presentations at customers premises to establish PERI brand image.
- To keep an eye out for on-going / upcoming projects in the defined territory
Tasks -
- To gather information from various promoters and developers and to prepare techno-commercial proposals for the projects.
- To collect structural drawing from the builders/developers and submit it to design department for preparation of proposal for important projects
- Reviews architectural and structural drawings and produce a complete form work and scaffolding solution.
- On the basis of the project requirement best solution available in our PERI range is to be inculcated to the client.
- To watch the price and solution given by the competitor in order to formulate future pricing strategy.
- To give presentations and to organize site seeing program to the prospect and existing customers for the enhancement of customers confidence on PERI products.
- Providing inputs to design department on the basis of their queries raised by them time to time prior to submission of detail proposal to the client.
- To keep an eye out for on-going / upcoming projects in the defined territory. By seeing various journals, bulletins, through internet and from various other medias.
- To maintain constant one to one business relationship with the core clients.
- To resolve commercial issues with promoters (If any).
