Achieve AOP for the southern/ Northern region
- Drive and own revenue and collection for the HVAC products which includes damper actuators, VAVs, sensors and valves for the OEMs.
- Drive & manage direct sales through distributors and System Integrators.
- Drive Value Proposition through value engineering at OEMs
- Visit potential Customers, developing and growing low term relationships with customers.
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements- speaking with customers to understand, anticipate and meet their needs and provide the best solution in terms of Technical, quality and Price.
- Calculating Customers quotation, negotiating tender and contract terms to meet both customer and company needs.
- Engagement with OEMs in the allocated area continuously to discover opportunities to grow revenue and increase market share
- Identification and addition of uncovered OEMs
- Drive Geographical coverage and increase penetration
- Identify new OEMs for business growth, grooming partners to increase reach and revenues
