Sales Development Representative
Responsibilities :
- Cold calling and lead generation using various online tools in target markets
- Qualifying leads for next level in the pipeline
- Follow up and engage with leads to increase conversion rates
- Ability to identify and establish contacts with decision-makers
- Analyse the business goals of prospects and position the products/service accordingly
- Grow and develop the sales pipeline in conjunction with the BDM to achieve revenue goals - monthly/ quarterly/ annually
- Ensure CRM activities are recorded in database tools as instructed in a timely manner
- Reporting of sales pipelines and forecasting for given target markets
Skills :
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation/ prospecting roles
- Preferably B2B sales experience within the SaaS industry
- Strong written and verbal communications
- High interpersonal skills and time management skills
- Ability to work in a highly charged environment
- Bachelor's/Master's degree
