Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities:
1) Rigorous prospecting and researching skills to generate qualified engage and qualifying leads.
2) Outbound calling + email towards targeted accounts, prospect lists, and other campaigns.
3) Perform initial needs assessment and identify inefficiencies and pain points for prospects and clearly communicate how RippleHire can support them.
4) Maintain active engagement with prospects through multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
5) Support our team of account executives throughout the sales cycle to take a client from prospecting to close.
6) Record and document all sales activities in the CRM.
7) Meet (daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly) lead targets.
Must have Requirements :
1) 2+ years experience with Lead Generation/ Lead Qualification in B2B sales.
2) Good written communication.
3) Great oral communication.
4) Highly competitive nature and a track record of over-achieving quota, time and again.
5) Highly confident.
6) Fast learner.
7) Good to have requirements
8) Knowledge of Talent Acquisition space.
