- To help shape and drive the transformation data and analytics capabilities, behaviors and practices, to enable the use of new technologies and collaborative practices and to support line-of-business analytics strategies, initiatives and programs.
- Create platform to support markets with actionable insights, with data in a format that facilitates analysis by the business users and that is ready for processing in enterprise wide systems (Locally, regionally, globally), to drive business performance
- Create succinct story boards to communicate data learnings influencing business decisions
- Visualize the big data to help markets to create insights
- Supporting markets to clearly articulate their needs and priorities, the problem they wish to solve including a clear business value case (incl. Lean Canvas and Experiment Cards) and to optimise demand flow and prioritisation of new demand and feature enhancements.
