We are having an urgent opening with a leading FMCG company for Myanmar.

Position : Sales Development Executive

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 8+ Yrs

Location: Yangon, Myanmar

Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for managing sales for the Male grooming business in Myanmar. We are looking for Graduate with 8-15 years’ experience of handling sales

Job Details:

- Plan and achieve volume and value targets

- Tracking, control and effective market spends handling

- Monitoring marketing activities execution on the ground

- Team management (work closely with local teams and drive focus )

- Business development: explore new growth avenues

- Distribution: set target based on business imperatives and marketing plans

- Design methods to reach the targets and increase distribution significantly

- People management: maintaining conducive professional relationship with all business partners

- Competition analysis: analyzing competitive scenario and reporting the same

- MIS handling and reporting

- This role will directly report to Business Manager- Myanmar
