About the Client :

Our client is one the world's leading players in the Education-Technology space having SaaS based solutions. In their Enterprise business they have partnered with large strategic accounts - Fortune-500 companies & Governments to target curated skill development for their employees.

Role :

The role is to manage pre-sales, sales development, sales strategy and sales support to the Account Leads in India and APAC. The candidate would own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts and drive engagement with the client sponsors and with the internal team.

The role is based out of Gurgaon and would be responsible for:

- Owning specific industries and working on generating key insights and account information for the Account Leads

- Building and driving business through up-selling the product offering

- Driving KPIs through engagement with the client sponsors and building customer awareness

- Being the leader of the post-sales process, and working towards up-selling and renewals with the clients

- Achieving high sense of customer satisfaction and with focus on growing the accounts by being the trusted advisor to the different stakeholders

About the Candidate :

The candidate would report to the Global Head for Sales Development and should have/be:

- 3+ years of experience in account management, pre-sales, or sales

- Strategic thinking and ability to manage senior stakeholders from the client's side

- Deep understanding of customer dynamics and an entrepreneurial approach to business

- Good experience in managing strategic/global accounts
